Help! I'm falling and Can't STOP!!

Here are a list of helplines and resources for mental health Crisis's, counselors, Dr.'s and psychiatrist's. There are also helplines for Human trafficking, and leaving abusive situations. There are links for different States and Counties.


If you are not able to find what you need here, reach out to me and I will see what I can find, you can also google for your specific need and find help that way. You can always go to the nearest emergency room as well if you are in a crises. One thing I really want to stress is that you are NOT alone. There are numerous facilities and organizations offering support because the support and services are needed. Don't hesitate to reach out!


- YWCA, They are on a mission to eliminate racism, empower women, stand up for social Justice and strengthen Communities. Their phone number is 202-467-0801 and their website is YWCA.org They have locations in different states and counties. They provide resources for sexual assault victims, Human trafficking, Physical violence and Racism


-Planned Parenthood, They are determined to help people make knowledgeable, and confidential decisions in sexual identity, female and male anatomy and parenting decisions. Their phone number is 1-800-230-7526 and their website is Plannedparenthood.com. They have locations in different states and counties. They offer STD testing, Men's Health services, Patient Education, LGBTQ+ Services, Pregnancy testing and women's services.


-Pine rest, They are committed to treating you and your family with an open heart, provide support and understanding in times of need and offer hope through compassionate care. Their phone number is 1-800-678-5500 and their website is pinerest.org. They have various locations in different states and counties. They offer services for mental disorders; I.E. Depression and Mood Disorders, Addiction, they have mother and baby programs, they also offer counseling service and behavioral health solutions. They offer inpatient and outpatient care.


- Community Healing center, They strive to help communities by helping people of various ages heal from trauma of abuse, addiction, and behavioral and mental health disorders. Their phone number is 1-800-338-5444 and their website is communityhealingcenter.org They have various location in different Cities. They offer services for Children, Women and people who struggle with addiction. They also offer inpatient and outpatient care.


- Kalamazoo Community Mental health and Substance abuse services (KCMSAS), They promote and provide mental health, intellectual/developmental disability and substance abuse disorder resources that allows people to succeed. They offer services for children with emotional disturbances and the phone number for that department is 269-553-7120. They offer services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the phone number for that department is 269-553-8060. They have an outpatient clinic and the number for that department is 269-553-7132. They also offer pharmacy services at two different locations and they offer Psychiatric services. Their website is kazoocmh.org. They have multiple locations in Kalamazoo county, but they don't have any statewide.


- Delano Clinic, They are Borgess affiliated and they offer mental and behavioral health services for all ages.Their phone number is 269-321-7090 and their website is healthcare.ascension.org. They have several locations in Michigan but none statewide. They offer psychiatric services for ages 15 and up. They treat various mental health disorders. They also offer Couples counseling and family counseling along with individual counseling.


-There is also a Private Helpline that you can dial or call and it's completely free, there is professional help on the other line and the number is 211 and its for people in a mental health crisis and either thinking about suicide or its there for someone who has a plan


- Betterhelp, its online counseling for $40 a week and you just answer a few questions and they pair you with a counselor that fits your need. The website is betterhelp.com
